I am still novice in HPLC and I am trying to seperate hemoglobin variants on conventional HPLC, I am facing problem in separating Hb A from A2. I am using Cation exchange colum with pH gradient. I have tried pH 6.4 & 6.1 but thereis no seperation

Can anyone help me
