Hello,

I am trying to create a calibration curve for one analyte at a number of different

concentrations level.

I managed only analyze one injection every time and I receive each time only

one point instead of all seven injection in different concentration level.

Can you please send me the right proc ? Which parameters are critical to

create the cure?

Thanks!
in order to make a calibration curve you need to enter the concentrations in the compound table of the methods under the Levels. Each level its unique concentration. For 7 levels you fill out all 7. You can go up to 99 levels if you like to calibrate :).
Then in the sequence you tell which level corresponds to which calibration run and tada the method is calibrated when you reprocess.
