Capillary GC-MS sensitivty

I am having trouble with sensitivity, it dropped to 40% when I turned off power and restarted again. RT is increased by 10 seconds. I have same temperature and settings and vacuum is same as before. I would appreciate if anyone can help me figure out the problem.

Suspect leak at the injector...if you use vespel ferrule, retight again
