Hello. I have a HPLC HP 1050, with autosampler 1100.

Anybody know how to calibrate pump delivery volumen vs method set volumen?
i meassured the delivered volumen and it is less than my method.

It is possible to fix this problem with a calibration, or i must to change any component/s?

Thank you very much.
Regards.
If set volume and delivered volume do not match I would first suspect issues with a check valve or possibly a leaking piston seal.. I would at least attempt all things related to physical issues before even thinking about adjusting anything.. if it is even possible..
Kind regards

By what percentage is the difference?

In general, read what leadazide posted. I'd check for leaks first at the outlet of the pump module, and then add the other modules one by one.

One often-overlooked place is leakage out the purge valve, which oftentimes has waste tubing attached to it.
