diluted collagen by HPLC

Hi, I have a solution of collagen: 0.05mg/ml in 1/1 solution of PBS/diwater.
How can I show a collagen peak by HPLC?
Any help appreaciated

Collagen like all proteins absorb at 214 nm (along with everything else). You can review this article;
