We are planning to buy ABI 3200 LCMS/MS and can anyone help me with the information about the Power conditioners/online UPS system that we should buy.

Talk to the vendor, I strongly suspect that you are not the first to want this.
That said, I would be inclined to check the back panels of things that HAVE to have UPS, take into account how long an outage you want to be prepared for, then go with a good brand (APC, GE...) of UPS w/ easy to replace batteries.
I would not worry too much about the pumps unless you anticipate lengthy outages.
