Suitability Test in Waters 2690

Dear members of this forum,
I have a Waters HPLC Separations Module 2690 and a Photodiode Detector 996. I need your help in order to do a good suitability test because I do not know the values to fill in the blanks of Millenium software.
Until now I put arbitraray values and I have suitability values but I would like to do in the best way.
