Waters Acquity H-Class systems tubing part numbers

Hello,
I am new to this forum and looking for help. I've got one Acquity H-Class system in my lab from another lab, and the people who moved it didn't pay attention to the tubing from Solvent Manager to Column Manager to Detector Manager, so some of the capillaries were broken. I have been trying to find the part numbers in the manual I own and in the internet too, but I haven't had any luck, since I am not an expert with this system. I also saw an accessory that connects in the Column manager that seems to have an electronic connector that is broken too.

Does anyone know where to find these part numbers?

Thank you in advance,

Javier

Hi Javier,

To let you know, I'm interested in finding these parts as well! They simply are not to be found in Waters' 2017 Parts Catalog (.pdf version, anyway). I tried looking for a list in the installation qualification documentation, unfortunately I was not lucky (you could try this if you have not already). Probably the best option is to call Waters directly 1-800-252-4752 (and U.S. International Code). My two cents' worth. Best Wishes and Good Hunting!

Hi there

guess the easiest way in this case is to just ask Waters Service (or do an iRequest) explain which modules you're using and in which configuration (standard or Bio-compatible; etc.)

Otherwise register yourself at the Waters homepage and then use the Graphical Parts Locator in the Service&Support section. A really useful tool. But always look closely at the part-list on the right, sometimes there are some parts listed that won't show up in the picture.
