High-throughput HPLC method

Hi All,

In drug discovery there are lot of compounds synthesized and it becomes difficult to develop HPLC method for eah of the compound. Is there any GENERIC HPLC method for screening of pharmaceutical compounds. Also is there any highthroughput HPLC method for determining Log D and pka of compounds.

A method has been published by Kaliszan and coworkers for the rapid determination of the pKa via RPLC. You can find his publications on the subject in Analytical Chemistry or in the Journal of Chromatography A.
