Hi everyone,

I am using : 7890 A GC and 7000 Triple Quad MS

Recently that warning occur to my firmware.

MSFault detected: 5.1 Firmware DSP error

And that situation stop the sequence and i can only done one injection each time. I have to load sequence back and back restart again to sequence.

Do you guys have any ide about the solve this problem? And why its happening?

Sounds like a communication sort of error. Restart soft-and hardware, check cables and if it persist i suggest you contact Agilent for this issue.

Did you ever fix this problem?

I am getting this 5.1 firmware DSP error, as well on my 7000C. I get through 2 injections, then the sequence stops.

I just power cycled the whole system but I'm not convinced this will fix things.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
