Hi All,

I want to separate nucleotides triphosphate (rNTP) by HPLC but I don't know what column to use, maybe you can help me.

Thanks,

Ronny

We have ATP separations on both our
Cadenza CD-C18 column and our Unison UK-C18 columns.

Instead of using C18 and ion-pair reagents, HILIC is a good option for these kind of separations.
