Dear friends,
I would like to request your help finding the latest in sample preparation techniques and analytical methods for fat-soluble vitamins (A,E,D,K). The samples are food and food-ingredients in general. I am interested in methods that can be done in hours or minutes, and that have a high degree of especificity. Non chromatographic techniques are also of interest.
Please let me know about any specific references you know about or good general information sources.
