Dear all,
I am going to start to use Sephadex LH-20 (isolation of natural products)more often and I would like to learn more about the technique...Could you recommend me some book or web page?

Thanks

Sephadex LH-20 is owned by GE Healthcare ( formerly Amersham Biosciences ), and you can download a free datasheet with some initial references from their www site.
http://www4.amershambiosciences.com/apt ... 6727-B345)

A cursory search of their site also revealed " Preparative Gel Chromatography on Sephadex LH-20" by H. Henke, a book that can be purchased from them.

A WWW search using suitable keywords ( sephadex and xxx ) should capture more free examples.
