I have an Agilent G1340A autosampler giving me a red light when I attempt to use the chilling option. The system makes a high pitch whine and errors out. It tells me "Temperature Controller 2 error" but I can't find a fix. Online manuals only show the 1200 module (mine is an 1100).
Thanks!
Check the cooling fan on top of the chiller , if it is blocked , chiller gives an error.
