The pKa values of p-nitrobenzoic acid and p-aminobenzoic acid are 3.47 and 2.5 respectively. With combined experience and with this information help in solving the problem.
You may please refer to Google search- p-nitrobenzoic acid +HPLC+supelco for chromatogram and other details.
I tried the above but for no success.

You can use method for nitrophtalic acid:
http://www.sielc.com/compound_221.html
Your nitrobenzoic acid will retain based on reverse phase and ion-exchange mechanisms.
You can use other buffers too depending on your detection technique.
