Irregular LC-MS baseline

Hi All,
I have recently ran into this issue of getting irregular baseline and peak shape in LC-MS analysis of small molecule. We are using Orbitrap Elite-dionex 3000 system with C18 col, water-MeOH system with 0.1% formic acid (20-90% gradient). I have it looked at by company engineer who dont seem to have a clue. I have flushed the system, purging and needle priming so air bubbles are eliminated. I dont see any mass to regular and the baseline is peaks and valleys (attached picture). Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
