An issue with TurboMass 5.4.2 software PerkinElmer

Greetings;
so far today, while i was preparing samples to run an analysis program on my GC/MS type (Clarus 600/600C) from PerkinElmer, and when i launch the software TurboMass 5.4.2 under windows XP, i suddenly got the following message
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: c:\TurboMass\EpcasSystem\TurboMassUI.EXE
abnormal program termination
Could anyone please tell me how to fix this, taking into count that i don't know how to install the software correctly with respecting the necessary steps.
