Hey everybody,

everytime the samplerun is done and the software tries to create a datafile, the Workstation crashes completely. The system is based on an Windows XP its the Workstation 6,5 SP1 to control a Saturn 2000 with a 3800.
the system doesnt even have to collect many datapoints. the sequenz is only 3 minutes long and scans 4 masses. so im assuing its a software issue. my skills with windows are very limited, so i hope someone can help me.

There is enough room on the harddrive about 28GB, i tried using an external drive to store it too. also crashes
Has it ever worked in the current configuration or is this a new set up?
Thank you for your answer. Its not a new configuration.

I actually solved the problem this morning. The software gets confused when there are to many files in the recal list. we had over a 1000 folders, even tho these where not big, it confused the system enough to make it collapse.

I saved and deleted datafiles yesterday but the actual problem apperantly came just from the recalfolders. After deleting old folders everything worked fine.

hope this will help someone in the future too :-)
