Chemstation doesn't like 'em. We're testing out a polarimeter right now, but can't get integrations. Does anybody know how/if this can be done, or perhaps some sneaky/clever way of getting that info?

Sure Chemstation likes negative peaks :
Go in the data analysis view, under integration, integration events a new window opens with the events in it. Then you have to "add a new line " and choose there "negative peak". Choose then the appropriate time and reintegrate ("integrate current chromatogramm"). Don´t forget to click on the "exit and save results to method" button. Thats it.
