TosohBioscience Tech person online for tech talk Q/A

hey there everyone,
I'm one of the tech guys here at Tosoh bioscience and just got this website from a friend of mine and thought what a great idea!
I'm more or less putting myself on the spot for anyone who has general tech questions or specific questions related to Tosoh products.
My background is primarily in process scale chromatography and a little bit in analytical.
I'll be visiting the chat room and throwing in my two cents from time to time, but wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know I'm here as a resource.
