Hello

We are considering getting more into monolithic columns, in our laboratory.

From looking around, it seems there are two commercially available brands of monolithic columns: Onyx and Chromolith. Can anyone share experiences or knowledge with either - or both - of these brands. Is one better than the other for certain situations?

Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated.

Thank You!
As far as I know, both of those are based on technology developed by Dr. Tanaka. I don't know what the patent situation is or how similar those two families of column are. Monoliths are a small niche, so it may be hard to get actual user experiences.
