Hello,
I regularly inject somewhere between 50 and 90 injections using my HPLC autosampler. I was wondering if there is a way using chemstation to process the data all in one step. I see the "batch process" option however I am not sure if this is what it is supposed to do. And How?
Do you have to specify something in the sequence?

Batch processing is what you need to generate reports for entire or partial sequence. You don't need to specify anything in your sequence to further batch process it. Batch file with extension *.B is created automaticly and you need to load it (Batch>Load Batch...), then you select right method and select which samples to process.
You may save my time if you press F1 key in ChemStation - it works.

There is also a more easy way with the newest chemstation revision B.02.01. There you have in the data analysis screen the possibilty to browse through your data. No batch is needed (which is also a easy way to review the sequence).
