i would like to analyse HCG harmone by hplc for assay, any tips

no really similar, i would like to analyse using UV for assay without denaturing

If it is a drug product try 214 nm where the peptide bond absorbs. If it is a blood/plasma sample you're stuck with LC/MS/MS.
It ALL depends on the expected concentration (ppm versus ppt) and the sample matrix!
