Chemstation LC Error on Analyzing rawdata (Error 16527)

Greetings,
So wondering if anyone has any experience with the following error that occasionally happens after the sample has finished it's run, during the "Analyzing rawdata" phase before the method is completed:

Running Chemstation LC 3D A.10.02 on WinNT4 connected to 1050.
We did recently migrate the NT4 off an old Pentium box, and now running in a VirtualMachine on modern hardware (NT4 guest on a CentOS host running KVM). It has been pretty stable for a while, until this error started popping up every so often (not every run, and not every batch).
The file sizes in the run folder for the errored run are the same as good runs, but when trying to load in offline mode we get the following error:
ERROR Processing Run: No data found in range
Same as the online mode logbook error.
Any clues would be helpful. Actually if anyone knows where I can find the Error Codes list for Chemstation, that would be most helpful too.
