Empower 3 Lockout

I hate the automatic timeout in Empower, and since I have OS lockout already implemented from IT, and I'm an Empower admin, I want to change it, although I can't seem to find where/how to do it.

Help?

Configure the Systems --> View --> System Policies --> Other

The application time out option should be the first option.
