Hi there,

Has anyone used this kind of technique for impurity detrminations in either drug substance or drug product analysis? If so, what has been people's experience with this appraoch ie. does it work, how precise is it, etc.

For an insight to what I'm talking about please see this paper:

E. Inman and H. J. Tenbarge, High-low Chromatography: estimating impurties in HPLC using a pair of sample injections, J. Chromatogr. Sci., 28 (1988) 89.

Can you describe this technique?

Our library does not have this paper.

Thanks
Method Development Guy
