Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol OHM- HPLC Method

Hi,

I am currently trying to development a HPLC method to analyse Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol occupational hygiene in occupational hygiene monitoring. I need to get to a level of 2.4 ng/filter.
Has anyone any suggestions.
