Hi all
We are developing an hplc assay for dnase but we have one little problem of cost.
In our case we are using as external standard a dnase base drug (pulmozyme from roche) but this drug is very expensive.
My question is, has any body done any hplc assay for dnase and what did they use as external standard. if is possible to get a powder form of dnase which can be formulated to make the external standard.
Thanks for any suggestion

various dnases may be purchased from eg. sigma, with different purities and sources
