Pump self test error

Dear all,

I have a problem in ICS3000 system with pump. In one day both pumps didn't switch on and now the same. Error message: Pump self test failure. What's happened?

Hi, how did you fix it later? Our HPLC has the same error message: pump: failure during self test.

We started getting the self test error after a series of cam fault messages. We had to replace the drive unit on our pump. You can find them new for approx $500 on ebay and are pretty simple to change if you are not risk averse to opening up the unit.
