We are revising our documents regarding the tests for checking the system suitability of our chromatographic systems. In the case of HPLC you can find a lot of guides and websites in the WWW, but not in the case of GC. Can someone recommend me sites where I can find information about tests regarding the system suitability or qualification of GCs?
Look at the manuals that came with the GC.

They will describe the setup procedure and initial verification of proper operation of the GC.

Just follow that procedure and you have your system suitability as that is the verification from the manufacturer that the system is running as designed.

best wishes,

Rod
