Dionex UltiMate 3000 cannot display control panel

Hi all,

I have encounter a problem that the desktop that uses Citrix to log into Empower 3 cannot display the control panel such as "UV", "Sampler" of Dionex UltiMate 3000 when I was in the "run sample" browser. Even when i try to create instrument method, I also cannot see the control panel.

However, when I connect to the Lace directly, I have no issue to view the control panel at the "Run Samples" browser and in the instrument method. Can I know how do I see the control panel using the desktop that connecting to Citrix to log in to Empower 3.

Do you have the Ultimate 3000 drivers/ICPS installed on your Citrix server?

Are you running the same version UltiMate 3000 drivers/ICPS on the LACE and Citrix server?
