Can any one help me how to develop SIM method for SVOC using Perkin Elmer turbo mass software please.

You should post under hyphenated techniques, since this is a GCMS application. You will also need to provide more details and more specific questions.

Search online for Perkin Elmer application notes using their software - that can be very helpful.
