HPLC-DAD randomly stops during sequence

We have a very annoying problem with our Thermo Accela HPLC-DAD system.

The batch randomly stops in the middle of the night giving the following error in chromeleon:



My guess it's a communication error. Has anyone encountered it before?

It happens in the middle of a run; in the middle of sequence so I'm pretty sure there's not an error in the method.

After stopping the batch, the pump continues and both of the detector lamps stay on.

Hello

You can check "online" connection between PC and LC system (when method is running). You need IP address for your LAN in LC system.

In CMD window type: ping "IP adress" -t

you will see connection status berween PC-LC.
