Cirrus GPC Software Not Recognizing UIB II Interface

At Agilent's recommendation, I purchased Openlab CDS for Chemstation, Cirrus add-on for GPC, and UIB II interface for ELS/RI detectors.

A few months ago, Agilent field service installed these on an Agilent 1100 HPLC system.

The Cirrus GPC add-on is not recognizing the Agilent interface box collecting signal from a non-Agilent RI detector. But, Cirrus does recognize the Agilent DAD signal. Unfortunately, I need the RI signal going through the UIB box.

Has anyone used the UIB II for GPC work or know of a work-around for this situation?

In OpenLab, I can collect and analyze UIB data for my ELS and RI detectors just fine on non-GPC projects.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
How are you looking at data in Cirrus? I use the "import chromatogram/From Chemstation" option. I do not have the UIB II interface, so I'm not too sure if my method of data import/analysis would apply to you.
