I would like to know how ion pair reagent (es. OSA) works in RP chrom.

What is aim to use it?

There is a great deal of information about ion-pair here on the Forum. A good place to start is with the FAQ ("Frequently Asked Questions") link near the upper left of the screen. Drill down through "Liquid Chromatography" to the section on Ion-Pair. That has a brief explanation and links to more detailed threads here on the Forum.
