Old Unix Chemstation/Target software anyone?

I know it is old.... but I am trying get the last version of the Unix Chemstation (Chemsystem) and/or Target software tapes released which are version C.02.00 or later. This is to run a 5898B MS engine with HED and Extended Mass and the old HP Apollo data system. With the earlier versions, everything runs OK but mass axis calibration seems impossible.
I've got it- our company purchased the source.
I am looking for the Source code for Target. We have 3.5 target but i am trying to get on a newer OS as in Unix or linux. I have a have a few Gurus that may be able to help me reverse engineer this program.
We're currently running it perfectly on RHEL3, and I've had success running it on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS but some fonts don't display correctly. I've spent the last few months trying to figure that out. My big plan is to set it up to run through a web applet using WeirdX - http://www.jcraft.com/weirdx/
Is there a way I can get the Source code and see if I can get it running on fedora, Mint, or Ubuntu with a veritas file system. We have GCs, LCs, and MSs fairly new.

We have several additions of target ranging from 3 to 3.5. But we are only using the Unix 3.5 version the windows version we did not use because of security issues with it.
We pretty much live (and die) with the last windows version. At this point it will not read Agilent's GC data files if they are acquired under the G1701D or E versions.

Do you folks know if anyone has built a fix for this? I currently cope by converting the files to Netcdf format, but Agilent's conversion utility steps all over the injection time stamp.

We tossed all of our Unix hardware and software years ago. Premier Labs, in CT, USA, was still using the Unix 3.5 stuff a few years back. It might be worth tracking them down.
It has been a while, but I am on the prawl for converting *.ch formats into the old *.ch formats "agilent signals for HPLC" again.

"bring1" it has been a while I lost your information after my company switched email systems. I would like to talk about some of the ideas you have or had for Target 3.5 again, as in, "wierdx", "linux", "maybe Mac"," windows", etc
I was looking at some code and one of calls has "preprossor.pl" I was wondering has seen and has a copy?
Sorry, "preprocess.pl" was the missing piece.

Hi, It has been a while since I have looked at the old 5989 but I'm having another look at it now.
Just wondering if you were able to get the Target source from "bring1" in the end? Have you got it running on Linux? What MS are you running?

Regarding preprocess.pl, what software would it be with? Is it a Target macro? I have a HPUX version of Target for the 5989 engine somewhere but it is likely just the compiled version. Might that be of any use?

UniChrom driver development spec is open (http://www.unichrom.com/chrom/ucddke.shtml). I nearly finished C++ (x14) base classes for driver skeleton.

I was digging around the code and I noticed the missing preprocess.pl where "bring1" version references this file, but I have the HPunix version running and I could not find it. And so I was wondering if this is for a different version maybe, but I looked every where I did not see the file "preprocess.pl". In the end, I wanted to compare Openchrom to Target for performance sort of a hobby.

Is unichrom open source on linux? And is there source code so that I can compile native to make sure to get the best performance?

still not open source. Just DDK is open.

But data processing is free. Dongle is required only for instrument control.
