We are transitioning to Chromeleon CDS. It appears that Chromeleon does not have a calculation of results in the original sample. I admit that I am not an expert but I recall that this was a problem with the data system for the Coularray detector. also. The CDS will tell you the concentration in the injected sample but not apply the sample weight and dilution factors to calculate the concentration in the original sample. Please help me get final data from this CDS. Thanks.

But Chromeleon doe's have these possibilities. You may declare weight of the sample and dilution factor easily in sequence table..... PS - which version of Chromeleon you are talking about ?

dblux, Thanks for the reply. We have versions 7.1 and 7.2. We use the sample wt and dilution factor in the sample queue but this does not appear to be factored into the calculation method. We have tried to create an additional column with uses these factors but something in the calculation does not agree with known values or those calculated manually.

In my 6.6 version both factors (dilution and weight) work as they should.
