Converting .peg files (Pegasus III GC-TOFMS)

Hi,

I have some publicly available GC-MS raw data files (.peg). I was not able to find opensource software to convert them to any readable open format (netCDF, mzXML and etc.).
I will be very grateful if somebody could advice me on that issue.

How did you convert .peg file? Is there any freely available tool exist for this? Please help.
