I am a green face in HPLC. Can anyone here help me understand the character of diol and N(CH3)2 columns. I just want to know essential things: how to activate and maintain hem, what I have to take care of while using them (particularly things concerning mobile phase), and these kinds of columns are used to separate what kind of analytes.
