GC Troubleshoot

Hi!
I am foreigner student in South Korea and working independently on GC 6500 Autochro-3000. I am facing few problems. Every time when I open software and When I click 'OPEN CRM', I always get this error: "YL6500 GC 0: Link fail."
The title of this notification is 6500.stm
Kindly guide me, how to solve it.
