I have a mixture of sugar phosphates and orthophosphates. The target is to separate the sugar phosphates from the orthophosphates for further use. At the moment I use a simple precipitation of the orthophosphates but I would like to change this.
I have a few ideas (ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography…) but I would be thankful if somebody already has experience with this.
So, I am pleased for:
- Ideas for the separation (every idea, not necessarily liquid
chromatography or chromatography at all)
- Experience with this topic
- Working methods / protocols
Best regards,
Max
