Discrimination factor

Who Knows What Is Discrimination factor between the peaks ?

To find out, use the Search function here on the Forum. Enter "discrimination factor" as the search term, and make sure you have "search for all terms" selected.

“… discrimination factor where you divide the peak height - the height of the valley by the total peak height..
So, according to this explanation, Discrimination factor = Peak-to-valley ratio?

The specific definition of the discrimination factor (from my book) is the ratio of the distance between the apex of the smaller peak and the valley to the height of the smaller peak.
