I'm using Varian GC 3400 with its software (6.41 version). While I changed the method, I clicked 'DEFAULT' method in the list by mistake. Then, the software didn't recognize the GC any more like the picture below.





I tried to re-install the software and connect ADC board like the picture below, but it looks conflicting.





I have been trying to fix this for 2 weeks, but there are very limited information about this software and GC model. Did anyone experience similar thing and know how to solve this? I will really appreciate your help.

Thanks for the link!. I re-installed the software following the manual already. The first step in the software is to set up ADC board, but the system gives me the address collision message and the MIB 800 & GC are not recognized in the software. I'm struggling to solve it at this time, but it doesn't look simple...

Actually, I solved the problem. Here is what I did. First, I formatted the laptop in which the Varian star software is installed (in order to remove all the residual files) Then, I tried to install the software again and I got normal connection at this time.
