Pl clarify whether it is a phamacoepial requirement to calibrate the Dissolution appartus with USP Chlorpheniramine Maleate Extended-Release Tablets RS or not ?
if i am testing any Deleayed/Extended release tablets then calibrating the Apparatus with USP Chlorpheniramine Maleate Extended-Release Tablets RS is mandatory?

As far as I know USP chlorpheniramine maleate extended release tablets are used for apparatus 3 (reciprocating cylinder). See: USP General Chapters: <724> DRUG RELEASE - EXTENDED-RELEASE ARTICLES-GENERAL DRUG RELEASE STANDARD

It depends on which apparatus you're using.
We commonly use 1 & 2 - I don't think we do any CPM testing when we calibrate and we do run MR tablets, capsules & suspensions on them.
