HP1090 EF23 Error

I have an HP1090 and the machine stopped working. The log book says there is an EF23 Pressure, error. Can anyone advise? I replaced the transducer twice, but no luck. High Pressure reads -5 and Low Pressure1 reads -36 counts. Do you think I need to replace the Pulse Damper?
