Does anybody know where I can find some application chromatograms
for the above column or one similar? Thanks

Now you are taking me back a bit! KOH is usually used to reduce tailing on amine compounds. This could be/have been used for , say, amphetamines.

Also used for Nicotine. Google for Supelco Bulletin 737F or Nicotine with suitable keywords, it has an example chromatogram, and is hiding somewhere on the SigmaAldrich site.

If you can find an old ( 1980s ) catalog from Alltech or Supelco you will probably find other examples.

Please keep having fun,

Bruce Hamilton
