Hi!
I am dealing a new quant method on Agilent MassHunter Quantitative Analysis Software. I make all compound setup its ok. But when i trying to setup ISTD ı make a error like that:
"Target and ISTD calibration tables have different numbers of rows"
I read all the help topics about ISTD setup, make everything but i see this error again.

Hi!
..."Target and ISTD calibration tables have different numbers of rows"...
Then why you won't make the numer of rows equal for IS and target tables ?

Best way I found is clear out all calibration levels, then go into Edit Method and use the menu item Create levels from Calibration Samples. You will need all of the calibration samples in the batch to do it. It will fill in the concentrations as 1,2,3,4...you then just replace the concentrations with the actual concentrations and the internal standards should match up to the target analyte in number of calibration levels. Doing it manually sometimes the target levels will be numbered 1,2,3 in descending order while the internal standards have levels numbered 3,2,1 in descending order and therefore they will not match when you validate the method.
