alkaloid aromatic diterpenoid isolation

My project is to isolate alkaloid and aromatic compounds from amaryllis and diterpenoids from a plant obtained in southern ontario. I need to separate and identify them using any chromatography technique mass spec and/or NMR. Any help would be greatly appreciated
