Hi,

i would like to ask whether is it possible to alter the sample set method of the sample that has completed the run?

As i have created a sample set method without using the sample set method wizard. I discovered that the sample set method is wrong until i have completed the run.

I would like to ask also is it possible to do bracketing standard without the use of sample set method wizard?

Please advise. Thank you in advance.

If you mean aquisition method then NO.
If you mean quantitation method then YES.
If all you need to change is a sample's name, dilution factor, standard concentration or processing method, you would want to right click on the sample set (not the method), choose alter sample, make changes, then reprocess.

Detector settings, run time, sampling rate, function (inject samples vs. standards) are all things that would require re-acquiring data.
Thanks,
DR
