GPC Using e-SAT/IN cannot produce result in Empower 3

Hi,
I am encounter problem with Empower 3 to run the sample using GPC.
I run GPC using chromeleon and empower; chromeleon is able to run the sample. However, the empower showed "waiting for injection" at the bottom of the page.
After the run is completed, chromeleon is able to generate result, while empower still showed the "waiting for injection" at the bottom of the page.
Please advise, Thank you in advance.
